Running and Cadence of the Human Heart

The human heart beat at a certain rate and when your cadence during running or jogging reaches a perfect equilibrium your body purrs. It makes your heart and your entire cardiovascular system extremely happy. It makes your brain happy also. In fact your entire body can slip into a runner bliss due to the endorphins that your brain releases when running. They often call this the runner’s high.

For about 20 years of my life I ran an average of eight to 12 miles per day and at that point I noticed I was in the best health of my life. Indeed, sometimes I was sore and tired, but you certainly do not have to worry about what you eat and getting fat is laughable.

Many joggers and runners talk about running at a certain pace. There is a certain pace and cadence that each individual can slip into while working out that puts their body in the runner’s high zone. Once a runner can get to this point often, then their running workouts become almost an addiction.

What a great addiction to have; working out and what a great way to keep your body in perfect shape. Perhaps you’ll consider when you go jogging how your body and heart feels about this. Maybe you will ask them and listen to them purr. Please consider this in 2006.
